About Us

Three generations. One mission. To protect what matters most.

How It Started

Our grandfather didn't set out to start a security company. He was a homeowner in New York who got frustrated. He'd call contractors, and nobody answered like they cared. His house wasn't their house. His peace of mind wasn't their peace of mind. So he learned the systems himself and started protecting neighbors, then their neighbors, then their neighborhoods. That was over 116 years ago.

My father inherited that philosophy, not just the business. He watched our grandfather treat every installation like it was his own front door. When something broke, we fixed it—not three days later, but the next morning. By the time my generation came in, we weren't trying to build something bigger. We were trying to keep something real.

That stubbornness—call it integrity if you want—it's been tested. We've turned down bigger contracts because we couldn't promise the same attention. We've stayed local when expansion seemed smart on paper. We've invested in training our own team instead of hiring whoever was available. None of these decisions made us richer faster. They made us the company my grandfather would recognize.

'We treat every system like it's protecting our own family, because in New York, we're all neighbors.'

— Three Generations of Owners

What We've Learned

Family owned means we sleep at night. We do our own work because we own the mistakes. When a client calls at 2 a.m., it's not some rotating technician—it's someone who's been with us for years, who knows their system, who understands that a false alarm at a business costs money and reputation. We've seen what happens when you don't answer that call the way you'd want someone to answer yours.

No subcontractors isn't a cost-cutting measure. It's a quality commitment. We've watched contractors outsource to vendors who outsource to vendors, and somewhere in that chain, the customer becomes a number. Every person who touches your system works for us, knows our standards, carries our reputation on their shoulders. That creates accountability you can actually feel.

Being licensed by New York State means we've met the bar and we'll keep meeting it. We've also learned it means something deeper: when you're a New York business protecting New York homes and buildings, you're part of the fabric. You don't cut corners. You don't disappear. You show up for 116 years because your reputation is your only product.

Local operation means we know the neighborhoods we protect. We know which blocks have seen break-ins, which businesses get targeted seasonally, which systems work best in these older New York buildings with their quirks. We're not managing you from a call center three states away. We're here. That changes everything.

How We Work

Working with us feels different because we move slower on purpose. We listen first. We ask questions about how you live or work, what keeps you up at night, what you've tried before. Then we design a system that fits your real life, not just the catalog.

You'll notice small things. We call before we arrive. We explain what we're doing while we're doing it. We don't upsell features you don't need. And when something needs attention, we handle it like it matters—because it does.

If you're ready to talk about protecting what matters, call us or reach out today. We'll listen, answer your questions, and tell you exactly what we can do. No pressure, no pressure tactics. Just three generations of knowing that security is a conversation, not a transaction.
